RMTA at Tennisport Club - Day Camp

Our camp is stimulating... exciting... designed to accomodate the relaxed but no less keen "social" players. We have years of experience running such camps and are committed to building the complete player through emphasis on the fundamentals, footwork, drills and never forgetting that summer camp should be fun... a happy experience that will foster a love of this game that lasts a lifetime!!

Package A - Junior Day Camp

WHAT: A half day of tennis camp 9:00am to 1:00pm, Monday -Thursday, snack included. Minimum of 4 players must enroll in advance with registration.

WHERE: Tennisport Club 9:00am to 1:00pm.

TRANSPORTATION: Available from select locations within Manhattan: $140/week. 

COST: $395/week - Early-bird Discount of 10% through 04.15.2008 (applied after registration)

General Policies
TERMS OF ENROLLMENT:
• You will receive an email with Confirmation # for this Registration – please print it out, together with the following POLICIES, and save it for future reference.
• You will NOT receive any other form of confirmation from us.
• Upon arrival, your child may be refused admission to camp if the credit card provided is not valid or is being declined and we remain unable to process fees due.

WAIVER: I have read and do accept the policies listed above and herein. I also understand and acknowledge the risks of injury that are inherent in any program involving physical activity and/or transportation, and as the parent/guardian of the child named herein, I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against The Tennis Edge, Inc. / dba: Randy Mani Tennis Academy (RMTA), the program director/s, instructors, employees, owners, Tennisport, Inc. and its employees, owners and/or any other sponsors and their respective representatives for any damage to or loss of property and for any and all injuries sustained by my child/ward in connection with any participation in this tennis program/academy.

CONSENT: I do hereby give my consent to medical care, emergency or otherwise, including any necessary transportation, in the event of injury to or any other illness with my child/ward, permission to travel to tournaments, off-site locations, mall, etc. I also consent to photographs/videos taken at camp that may include my child/ward being used for advertising and other media efforts.

Payment Policy
• A charge in the full amount will be posted to the credit card account provided herein after 3 business days of the Registration/Confirmation date.
• You may request that it be charged in 2 equal INSTALLMENTS by filing such request in the box provided for ‘Notes’.
• All charges are for the full package/s as registered – there will be no ‘prorating’ for partial attendance.
• You are responsible for providing and updating us with valid credit card information to maintain on file, and you remain liable for all payments due until the balance is paid in full.

Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS: A written ‘Notice of Cancellation’ (letter, fax, email) must be received at our business office, and will be honored as follows based on the date it is received by us:
• Till 5/31/08: for cancellations received within 3 days of your Registration/Confirmation date, only a $5 Processing Fee will be charged to your credit card account.
• Till 5/31/08: for cancellations received after 3 days of your Registration/Confirmation date, you will be charged a $100 non-refundable Reservation Fee, and camp fees previously charged in excess of this amount will be refunded.
• From 6/1/08: for cancellations received 14 days or less prior to your first day of enrollment, you will be charged $150/week of enrollment LATE CANCELLATION FEE for the first 2 weeks, and $100/week for any subsequent week/s of enrollment. Any camp fees previously charged in excess of these amounts will be refundable.
• From 6/1/08: for cancellations received 5 days or less prior to the first day of enrollment and/or for ‘no-shows’, NO camp fees will be refunded and you remain liable for the entire amount due.

MEDICAL REFUND: When withdrawal is necessary due to an injury or medical condition, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to bring this fact to RMTA’s attention. In such cases you will be eligible for a prorated refund starting from the date that a written (letter, fax, email) ‘Notice of Withdrawal’ accompanied by a doctor’s note that is specific to the injury/condition is received by our business office.

MAKE-UPS: There are no make-ups provided and there will be no credits or refunds issued for any days, sessions or time missed due to injury, illness, rain, weather conditions or any other event that is beyond RMTA’s control.
